General Questions:

• Q. Do we need an appointment for any repair?

  Not necessarily. But we would recommend making an appointment even with short notice is okay if you need a quick time repair.

• Q. How many months do you provide for a warranty?

  90 days for Apple MacBook repairs. And we have 60 days and 30 days depends on the device. The warranty only covers the parts we replaced. We are not responsible for any subsequent damage that has not been repaired or replaced.

• Q. Do you offer extended warranties on your repair services?

  Yes, we do. We can provide you more details when you are interested.

• Q. Can I ship my device to your store if I live far?

  Yes, you can. But call us first to make sure we can fix it for you.

• Q. What can happen to my device if I did not pick it up after our call?

  You have 90 days after dropping off your device to pick it up. In case you were not able to pick it during these 90 days we encourage you to send us a formal SMS or Email to inform us. So we can leave it for another 30 days. If you failed to come in this period we have the right to sell the device to cover our repair expenses.

• Q. What is the percentage of repairing Apple Macbook, iPhone and iPad, Windows laptop motherboards?

  If the issue is not related to the CPU, our Logic board repair success rate is %99.7.

• Q. My phone screen or battery repairs can be done while I am waiting in your store?

  Our expert technician can replace your mobile phone screen or the battery in ½ an hour or less. But some other repairs can be done in an hour. NO power (dead phone) or water damages motherboard repairs take 3-4 business days.

• Q. Do you fix all kinds of mobile phone screens/ LCDs?

  Yes, we do all cell phone screens / LCDs replacement.

• Q. Can my data (contacts, photos,….etc.) be lost with the screen or battery replacement?

  NO. But anything can happen in the electronic devices/motherboard. So, we always highly recommend backup all your data before any repair.

• Q. Do you fix the water damaged/Liquid Damaged Apple MacBook and Windows laptop?

  Yes, Our Electronics Engineer fixes all Apple computers, Windows computers, Apple iPhones, and Apple iPads.

• Q. Can you fix any issue on computers or cell phones?

  We almost fix all the issues on laptops or mobile phones. Especially If we were able to found the parts with local suppliers or online suppliers.

• Q. Do you do the computer and laptop Hard disk Data recovery?

  Yes, we do all Apple and Windows Computers, Laptops, and External Hard drive data recovery. In addition to that, we do iPhone water damaged data recovery. With a very high success rate since we do open the hard drive in a dust-free environment.
